An intimate extended session to help you unwind, de-stress and restore balance in both mind and body. These two-hour sessions are accessible to all and designed to support the release of physical, mental and emotional tension.We’ll ease into the body with yin and restorative yoga, working with our deeper physical layers to encourage greater flexibility, mobility, stability and sensory awareness – helping you to move better and feel better.
We’ll then journey into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practice that's effortless and easy. Also known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest, Yoga Nidra has been proven by many studies to be deeply regenerative for both the brain and the body.
All are welcome. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
