Come join us where I will be teaching about meditation and its benefits. It will include a group guided meditation so you will be able to comfortably do so on your own. Afterwards a short intermission of light refreshments will be provided along with some organic, gourmet tea. Amor Sui Henna will be present doing Henna tats starting at $10. Lastly, a sound bath to bring our very soothing reset to a close. Guests will leave with a bag of goodies as well as be entered into a raffle for a free cake courtesy of Marisita’s Sweet Treats.
