Come join us where I will be teaching about meditation and its benefits. It will include a group guided meditation so you will be able to comfortably do so on your own. Afterwards a short intermission of light refreshments will be provided along with some organic, gourmet tea. Lastly, a sound bath to bring our very soothing reset to a close. Guests will leave with a bag of goodies. Must purchase tickets via ticket link in order to reserve your spot.
