Join us for a private retreat away from the noise of the city in Annapolis, Maryland — a peaceful, forested setting with lush gardens and the kind of stillness that makes it easy to exhale the moment you arrive.
This is a warm, unhurried five-hour experience designed to feel like a gift you give yourself. There is no rush here. No pressure. Just gentle guidance, beautiful surroundings, delicious refreshments, and dedicated space to slow down and feel truly present — with the people who matter most, or simply within yourself.
Along the way you'll discover something powerful: how good it feels to be genuinely heard. And how natural connection becomes when people are actually present with each other.

What to expect: A five-hour guided experience with gentle pacing, interactive moments, and plenty of space to simply be. Nothing heavy. No homework. Refreshments are provided throughout — including dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan options.
This experience is powered by the Safe Conversations® methodology, developed over four decades by world-renowned researchers Harville Hendrix, Ph.D. and Helen LaKelly Hunt, Ph.D. And it's led by two BIPOC facilitators deeply connected to the DMV community.
This gathering is intentionally kept intimate (8 people or less). Once it's full, it's full.

Ateeka is a trauma therapist and relational healing facilitator with over two decades of clinical experience. Born in India and trained across multiple healing traditions — including trauma-informed yoga, EMDR, Imago® Relationship Therapy, somatic therapy, and Ayurvedic wellness — she brings a rare depth of presence to this work. She believes to her core that healing happens in relationships and in communities, not in isolation.
