Accessibility Note:

“Real Ghost Stories & Conversations on the Afterlife” as well as the meet and greet with Adam Berry will be held in the third-floor ballroom of the mansion which is only accessible via stairs. The VIP Paranormal Investigation will occur throughout the mansion and carriage house on multiple floors. Only the first floor of each building is handicap accessible. Frequently Asked Questions

• Are there age restrictions? We welcome attendees of any age for the "Real Ghost Stories and Conversation of the Afterlife" presentation, but the experience may not be suitable for all children. The VIP Investigation is suitable for ages 10 and up. Please make the best decision for your family.

• Are the buildings and grounds accessible? As a historic home, we do not have an elevator and guests must be able to navigate multiple sets of stairs to access the basement, second, and third floor of the mansion as well as the basement and second floor of the carriage house. Guests must also be able to navigate uneven ground walking across the estate between buildings.

• Is there parking and transportation available? Free public parking is available in the gravel lot near the entrance of the estate. There is VERY limited access to taxi and rideshare transportation.

• What should I bring? Please no outside food or beverages. All bags are subject to search.

• Is this a haunted house? No, this in not a haunted house attraction with actors. For entertainment purposes only - paranormal activity or ghost sightings are not guaranteed.

• Will tickets be available at the door? Due to limited tour sizes ticket sales will not be available at the door. All ticket sales end at noon on the event day.

• Can I use my free pass? Free passes are not redeemable for this event.

• I purchased a ticket, can I come at any time? Each ticket is for a designated showtime and set of events. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your time to check in.

• Are there refunds? A full refund will only be issued if the event is cancelled. No other refunds will be given. Unused tickets will be considered a donation to The Felt Estate for the face value of the ticket (not including fees) and receipt of donation can be requested by emailing [email protected] within sixty (60) days of the event. Reselling of tickets is not permitted.

• How does the waiting list work? If tickets become available a notification will be sent out via email. You will have one hour to purchase available tickets before the next person on the waiting list is notified. The Felt Estate is the only authorized seller of tickets for this event and all tickets must be purchased through our Eventbrite link.
