Enjoy an hour of creativity with Zentangle, an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create unique images by drawing structured, repetitive patterns called "tangles". Don't worry if you don't consider yourself a confident artist, there are stencils to assist and more importantly "there are no mistakes" - a philosophy deeply rooted in the practice.
Zentangle is as much a mindful meditation as it is an art form.
