Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or just here to have fun and feel yourself, this class is all about confidence, empowerment, and unapologetic energy. We are featuring some of the hottest dance fitness instructors from across DFW (Turn Up Dance Fitness, Booty Fit, and Fit By Shanda) focusing on different styles, techniques, and most of all confidence boosting choreo to unleash your untamed side.
No choreography experience needed — just bring your vibe, your friends, and your best hot girl energy.
Additionally, we will be featuring local small businesses from across DFW in the health and wellness space. Explore the market offering from body care oils to meal prep services to personal training.
