Unshakeable is a structured six-week, women-only training course where you physically learn how to act when pressure rises — not just think about it.
Across six weeks you will train:
• Effective striking and defensive responses
• Generating power through body mechanics rather than strength
• Moving with intent and balance around another person
• Responding to grabs, pushes, strikes, and crowding
• Continuing to act as heart rate and pressure rise
Sessions are active, progressive, and supportive.
No ego. No competition. No experience required.
This isn’t about being fearless.
It’s about becoming familiar — so situations feel known instead of overwhelming.
Suitable for women of all experience levels.
No particular fitness level required — only willingness to participate.
Investment: $550 for the full 6-week course.
