If your life is just not working despite your better efforts, and you're not sure where to turn, then you are invited to come to this unique, one off Integration and Healing Circle in nature..
If you have spent considerable time and money in coaching, therapy and other modalities and even tried self help initiatives but have little to show for these, then a few of the many reasons this could be:
- Poor Fit with Therapist/Coach: The rapport between you and the therapist/coach etc.. is crucial; a lack of connection or trust limits progress.
- Wrong Type of Modality: The modality (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic) may not fit your specific issues, personality, or goals.
- Resistance or Lack of Readiness: Unconscious desire to avoid painful issues, fear of change, or not being emotionally prepared to do the hard work can stall progress.
- Unclear Goals or Expectations: Not knowing what you are working toward or having unrealistic expectations about the speed of recovery leads to frustration.
- Misdiagnosis or Misaligned Approach: The treatment focus may not be addressing the root cause, or the therapist/coach etc.. may lack specialized knowledge regarding your specific needs.
- External Factors: Life stressors, environmental circumstances, or lack of support outside of sessions can hinder improvement.
The start of May is the perfect time to reflect on change and make concrete changes. The current climate seems to revolve around so much negativity, conflict, lack and limitation. These 3 hours in nature will involve:
⭐️Discussing within the group the experiences of attendees of what help is needed and what help has been sought and what the outcomes were.
⭐️Looking at less than usual modalities like somatic work,fascia release, shadow work and other methods/modalities that aren't just designed to integrate all parts of what it means to be human but also to heal fully and thrive.
⭐️Learning how to understand more deeply of what is individually needed in terms of help, so that accessing that help can be an easier and more productive process.
🔍WHO IS THIS EVENT SUITABLE FOR?
Adult men and women over 18s that are intent on doing some deep dive work within the 3 hours and are willing to embrace the process of change in motion.This in-person event in nature is for anyone who has tried conventional methods of integration and healing and is ready to make real, permanent changes.
This event is for you if:
✅ you are feeling blocked and need some inspiration in your life to move, change, create.
✅you feel stuck in your life and in pain due to previous issues that have left blockages in your body, mind and soul.
✅you are working on actively examining your life and changing the subconscious patterns running your life.
✅in the process of changing your beliefs to get different results in your life, but you have tried all the tried and tested advice but not much has worked.
✅you overwhelmed and need a reset in your life.
✅putting things off and feeling directionless and unmotivated.
✅you feel unsupported in your life.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AT THIS EVENT?
At this 3 hour event we will be:
🎯Having a discussion between everyone about what modalities have worked and which haven't worked. Knowing that you are not alone and that others are endeavouring to cope too and how they are coping , can be an extremely bonding experience.
🎯Attendees will gain new insights, inspiration, tools, skills and feel connected not just with themselves, but with nature and other attendees too. By the end of the session, each attendee will hopefully walk away feeling more hopeful and have a plan of action of what the next steps will be needed to create meaningful change in life that might have been alluding them for so long!
The ethos of this group is that all attendees need to assume responsibility for their own experience within the group setting. This group is not being run by a therapist, but a and someone who works with clients to help them thrive and reshape their lives. While boundaries and common group run guidelines will be followed to run the group safely, this group is not for anyone who is suffering from undiagnosed or diagnosed severe mental health problems. This event is not a substitute for professional psychological help, but rather to be used in conjunction with therapy or any other modality . 🔔HOW IS THE EVENT BEING RUN?
- All events have a meet up point listed only(see photo below). This is not where the event is happening,(so please do not contact the venue as Connected Exclusive Events has no affiliation to them) it is merely where the 10 minutes Meet and Greet happens from the start time of the event. The venue will be disclosed to attendees who show up on the day only. Please ensure you are on time as after the 10 minutes Meet and Greet and we move to the event venue, it will not always be possible to join in.
- The host will be at the meet up point as shown on the photo from the start time for 10 minutes for the Meet and Greet and is identifiable by wearing a pink or orange lanyard. As several events are run on the same day the host does not check messages on Eventbrite on the day, so if you feel you will need to contact the host on the day please get in touch before hand and a contact number will be provided upon request.(calls are only taken within the 10 minutes from the start time of the event:the Meet and Greet )
- The price per person to RSVP is for the attendance of the event and does not include food, drinks,travel costs etc..or any other extras. These will need to be paid directly to the venue/service provider by each attendee. This event is being run as a walk- in event. Connected Exclusive Events has no affiliation to the venue(s) where the event will be run.

This event is being run by a Mastery Facilitator, and not a therapist/counsellor etc..or medically trained specialist.Please note that this is not therapy, and is not a substitute for therapy/medical care but is an additional resource for anyone who wants to be more pro-active with their healing.This event is not suitable for anyone who is easy triggered or that has severe and complicated mental health issues, whether diagnosed or undiagnosed.
PLEASE BRING WITH YOU THE FOLLOWING:
⭐A yoga mat to sit and comfortable loose clothing and footwear to be outdoors in the current weather.
⭐Water to keep you hydrated throughout.
Ensure you switch off or mute your mobile phone during the time you are at the event. This is to ensure there are no distractions to being fully present to the moment.

Info: We meet up at the designated meet up point and wait for everyone to arrive before kicking off with the event. Please make sure you arrive no later than 14:10 as after that you will not be able to join if you are running late.
