ALACHROMA EDUCATION is creative hair artistry for the rebels. It’s built on the belief that creativity, connection, and self-expression are the foundation of powerful work behind the chair. As hairstylists, we hold space for transformation. The way we cut, color, and consult shapes how people see themselves—and how we see ourselves as artists.
This class marks the beginning of that movement.
Hosted by Alannah (@alachroma.hair) of Area 15 and Laura (@lalalaurathehairchemist) of Wicked Hair Company, the Unscripted Co-Creation Workshop is a collaborative education experience built on instinct, presence, and participation. Every moment is created in real time—through conversation, observation, and shared input from client, educators, and stylists.
This is a live model class with expressive cutting, vivid color, and group-led decision-making. The haircut is designed for movement. The color palette is revealed and decided together in the room. The final look is built collectively.
This experience supports artists who want to connect more deeply—with their clients, their vision, and each other. It opens up new ways of thinking, making, mixing, and responding. Every transformation begins with a question. This class shows you how to listen for the answer.
