About this Event
As a hard-working, high-achieving women, we have felt the constant pressure to push, prove, and perfect to “make it” in a largely patriarchal society. This workshop is an invitation to make space for our whole selves and to feel into our innate self-worth. Participants will be guided to expand their view on who they truly are beyond the perfectionist, performer, high-achiever, and other personas we’ve created to fit in and succeed.
We will dive into gentle movement, group discussion, repatterning exercises, and visualizations to support us in the unraveling and to expand our ability to listen to our desires and honor our inner voice. Join us in feeling the potential that lies in letting go of unrealistic expectations and embracing authentic expression.
This workshop is open to all women and femmes. Please come as you are –no special attire or props needed.
