Join Caroline Bundesman and Dee Xecu in gentle movement, meditation, and somatic release of intergenerational trauma stored in the body.
About this Event

This practice is a nurturing blend of therapeutic and restorative yoga. You will move mindfully, focusing on releasing stored emotions and stagnant energy in your body. With support of props like blocks, bolsters, and blankets, you will experience grounded yoga postures and somatic exercises to nuture your nervous system, connect with breath, and body. You are gently encouraged to ask youself, what’s showing up on my mat?

To conclude out time together, we will then dive into savasana accompanied by sound healing instruments such as singing bowl, tongue drum and therapeutic chimes to allow the body to rest and receive.

Unravel offers the opportunity to unwind, restore, and connect deeply within. We hope to see you there :)

All levels are welcome.
