Happy Om Yoga Studio
Six free classes offered by Softly Softly Yoga CIC as part of the Yoga for Peace project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. These classes are free for those on low income, unpaid carers and those with long-term health issues and other challenging circumstances.
Those who don’t meet the criteria above and would like to join us, please donate £8 through the Softly Softly Yoga CIC website.
A rich, embodied practice that weaves together meditative movement and myofascial release through the slower therapeutic practices of yin yoga and restorative postures.
This is where conscious movement meets work with yoga balls, blocks, and bolsters, opening up an opportunity for release and a more restful state of being.
To feel what is present, release what is ready, and reconnect with what is true underneath it all.
If you have been feeling:
— Stuck, tight, or tangled up in your body or mind
— In need of slowing down, but not sure how
— Curious about deeper release beyond just stretching...
Then this practice is for you. We move. We feel. We yield to what’s here. We unravel and release from tensions, knots and limited thinking. We rest, not as escape, but as a return.

It can be intense, even uncomfortable at times—and that’s welcome here. It can also be liberating, joyful and deeply restoring. The experience is Yours. Through presence, sensation, and breath, we create space to truly feel and let things move through.
The promise of this practice is a little more freedom, a little more space, and an expanded window of perception to be here for it ALL.
Benefits of Myo Release:
