A reflective, practical workshop exploring how to strengthen empowerment in trauma‑informed practice.
About this Event

This reflective and interactive workshop explores the trauma-informed principle of Empowerment and how we can intentionally strengthen it in our everyday practice with children, young people, families, and colleagues.

Whether you’re in health, social care, education, the third sector, or any service that works with children and families, this session offers practical ways to build felt safety and reduce unintentional harm.

Who should attend?
Due to funding requirements, these events are available only to professionals working within the Leeds Partnership for Children, Young People and Families.

We’re very grateful for the wider interest, however we’re unable to accommodate attendees from outside Leeds or those working as independent or private providers on this occasion.

Places are limited, so if your plans change, we’d really appreciate you cancelling your booking so we can offer the space to another practitioner.

You can find more information regarding the programme team on the Compassionate Leeds Trauma Informed Information Hub or email [email protected].
