Tablas Creek, the American offspring of Chateauneuf-du-Pape's Chateau du Beaucastel, grows all the classics of this esteemed French Region; Center stage are Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. Tablas Creek is one of the few producers who have a single varietal of each wine and a GSM blend, their flagship GSM blend, Espirit de Tablas. Their unique production allows us to experience how each grapes flavor notes combine in harmony to craft one of the world's most celebrate wine combinations.
Vineyard Brands’ Olivier Lotterie & Elite Wines’ Hughes Beaulieu will present the Haas Family's amazing journey and beautiful wines which are farmed in the most sustainable of ways. Tablas Creek is the world's first Regeneratively Organic Certified Vineyard and multiple winner of the prestigious Green Award.
All this is paired with an exquisite farm-to-table meal by Patti's Place Culinary Director, Nikki Mommen.
