7am FUN RUN/WALK.8am MEETUP AND WORKOUT.
Join your fellow E2Mers for a morning workout at the beautiful Riverfront Park and historic Columbia Canal. No E2M coaches will be present at this event. This workout will be led by fellow E2M member, Todd Mickens.
The event is an opportunity for E2M members in Columbia and near the Midlands area to come out to meet and greet each other and workout together. This is family-friendly environment and you are welcome to invite your family and friends. THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Everyone is welcome!
