About this Event
From Kyoto to San Francisco.
UNO RAMEN was founded in Kyoto as a 100% vegan and gluten-free ramen specialty shop, and now operates three locations in the city.
It began with a simple idea:
to create a bowl of ramen that everyone can share, even those with dietary restrictions.
Our signature ramen features a rich soy milk broth layered with the umami of vegetables, kelp, and mushrooms, paired with specially crafted rice-flour noodles.
Now in our fourth year since opening, we are excited to host our very first pop-up in the United States.
We chose San Francisco as the place to take this first step.
For those who are vegan, gluten-free,
and for anyone curious to experience a new style of Japanese ramen culture—
we are bringing a bowl that has been enjoyed by international visitors in Kyoto for a limited five-day pop-up.
