About this Event
Menopause is not a niche issue. It’s a workplace issue.
And for far too long, it’s been unspoken.
Unmuted is an intimate, honest conversation designed to bring menopause and women’s health out of the shadows and into the workplace dialogue where it belongs. Whether you’re navigating these experiences now, will in the future, or want to be a more informed leader or ally, understanding women’s health at work helps create stronger teams, better leadership, and more inclusive workplaces for everyone.
Join us for a thoughtfully curated panel conversation featuring leaders across business, sports, and medicine. Together, we’ll explore:
- What perimenopause and menopause actually are (and how they show up)
- The real (and often invisible) impact on work and leadership
- How symptoms are misinterpreted in professional environments
- Why women are stepping back (or out) during critical career moments
- What forward-thinking employers are doing differently
- How leaders and allies can help normalize and support
Why This Matters
Menopause is part of a broader, often overlooked landscape of women’s health at work that includes fertility challenges and pregnancy loss, postpartum mental health, chronic and invisible conditions like autoimmune disease and migraines, and hormonal shifts that directly impact mental health and performance. Yet workplace systems, benefits, and cultures have not always kept up. This event is about closing that gap with honesty, insight, and action.
