John Humphreys
Business Development Manager (North) at WAY Trustees Limited
John has over 35 years experience in financial services, working with professional advisers, specialising in family wealth preservation.
John helps Advisers overcome the 'gifting dilemma' by using WAY's range of Flexible Reversionary Trusts, resulting in intergenerational tax planning, long term client relationships, and the retention of assets under advice and management.
Alister Atack
Senior Investment Director at Rathbones
Alister has 26 years of experience, 25 of which at Investec / Rathbones. Alister leads a team that has focused on serving the financial adviser market for the duration of his career, managing over £600m of assets, with deep experience of managing almost every type of tax wrapper for the full spectrum of different needs and objectives. His teams has a focus on developing long standing collaboration with adviser clients, seeking to maximise net of tax returns in a cost-efficient manner.
Alister is an Economics Graduate from Durham University, a Chartered Wealth Manager and Fellow of the CISI.
Pat Doig
Office Head at Rathbones
Pat has 15 years of experience, all at Investec / Rathbones, and has worked with Alister throughout his career to deliver their shared objectives, primarily focused on dealing with financial advisers.
Pat has a degree in International History and Politics from the University of Leeds, is a Chartered Wealth Manager and Fellow of the CISI.
