You’ll hear from two agents at very different stages of their journey. First is Devin Tryan, the broker in charge and founder of Talk Realty. After years in the industry, Devin built this business by figuring out how to work smarter, not longer. He’ll talk about what actually moves the needle in real estate, how managing your time affects your income, and what he wishes he knew earlier in his career.
You’ll also hear from Chris Strickland, who’s about a year into the business. Chris followed clear systems from the start and avoided a lot of the confusion that new agents often face. He’ll share what starting out really feels like, what surprised him, what worked, and what he would do differently.
