Keynote Speaker:
Ryan Pineda has been in the real estate industry since 2010. He began his career as a Realtor and soon realized that wasn't the path he wanted to continue on. In 2015 with only $10,000 in the bank, he began flipping houses. Since then he has flipped hundreds of homes, purchased hundreds of rentals, and opened other multi million dollar businesses. He has amassed over a million followers on social media where he teaches others how to build wealth and freedom. Ryan's mission is to help people become wealthy without sacrificing everything to do it. You don't need to work 80 hours a week losing precious family time to build a better future. Your fitness, family, and faith should NEVER suffer in the pursuit of financial freedom.
Keynote Speaker:
Kent Clothier started out by joining his father in business at age 17 arbitraging groceries. By 26, Kent was running the company, and they did $86 million a year. At age 27, their company was bought by an $800 million company. The new owners gave Kent the keys to run the company and in less than 3 years Kent grew their revenue to $1.8 billion. In March of 2000, Kent decided to resign from the company and start his own business. However, in 2 years the business was a complete failure and he lost everything. It was then that Kent went into real estate after watching one of those 2 a.m. TV infomercials that was saying, "No Money. No Credit. You can make money flipping houses." Kent was intentional and rebuilt his income and became passionate about turning his hustle into a real business. Kent Clothier developed a new concept called "Reverse Wholesaling," and invented the first software that automated finding buyers. Today, his family-run real estate company, REI Nation, and their educational businesses, Real Estate Worldwide and the Boardroom Mastermind, are doing incredibly well. Kent's greatest passion is his training business; where he runs it day to day and he loves working closely with the 150 students in their mastermind.
