Together, we’ll explore simple, practical ways to use journalling in everyday life — to support clarity, decision-making, emotional regulation, and your wider life goals. Tools you can return to again and again, especially when the mind is loud and certainty feels distant.
We’ll also move beyond the page.
Through deep relaxation and intuitive guidance, you’ll be supported to drop beneath thinking and into the body’s own language — sensation, image, felt sense. This is where insight often arrives without force.
A handout will be provided after the session, so you can continue the practice in your own time.
