THIS WEEKEND I'm hosting my very first workshop here in Pella! Your core plays a huge role in your body and you use it everyday, probably without even realizing it! A strong core means improved balance and stability, injury prevention, reduced low back pain, and more! This workshop will include an education portion where you will learn how the core muscles work in your body, cues to activate them properly, and what exercises strengthen those muscles. You will then get a chance to practice what you learned with the help of a Personal Trainer! We will work on proper form for each exercise, try out the cues, and do a short core workout.
