A Creative Technique Workshop
Ever wondered how crafters create those beautiful raised designs on wood signs, glass jars, frames, and canvases?
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the secrets of working with silicone molds and discover just how many materials can be used to create stunning dimensional embellishments.
During class we’ll experiment with several popular mold mediums including:
• Air Dry Clay
• Hot Glue Techniques
• Resin
• Casting Clay
You’ll get to try a variety of molds and materials so you can see which ones you love best. By the end of class you’ll have several molded pieces ready to cure at home.
Once fully cured, your pieces can be painted, embellished, and applied to wood, glass, canvases, frames, furniture, and more—opening the door to endless creative possibilities.
This class is perfect for beginners, makers who love to experiment, and anyone curious about adding beautiful dimensional details to their craft projects.
Maker Tip: Bring a notebook—you’ll leave with tons of ideas for decorating trays, signs, canvases, furniture, and gifts using silicone mold techniques.
