Pennell Rock developed the entheotic performance method of ORIGINS theater which uses mythological archetypes to expand your experience of yourself. All of this will be included in these experiences and will be explored and developed even more deeply during the fall months.

Lori Grace, with her extensive experience in BodyMind theater, and Pennell Rock, creator of the ORIGINS theater method, will guide you through playful, mythologically inspired exercises to help expand your awareness of yourself and others.
