About this Event
In this session.
In this interactive and experiential session, Sarah will explore positive psychology coaching and how tools and techniques from the science of happiness can elevate both well-being and performance at all stages of life and career, enabling people to thrive.
Sarah will also explore how positive psychology coaching tools can help with leadership challenges, and how the techniques can help business leaders build positive cultures. There will be some theory and practical tools for attendees to take away and use in their own coaching practice.
As always, come with an open and curious mind and an expectation to learn whilst having fun!

Mission Statement
A network of coaches focused on coaching and related skills development that recognises and creates business opportunities and incorporates innovative best practice.
Who We Are
Coaching Connections was established in 2003 as a local support group for qualified and trainee coaches in the Midlands. We have since expanded to become a thriving community and welcome a diverse range of coaches and those interested in coaching.
When we meet
We meet on the second Saturday every other month, either online or at a Birmingham venue. Our meetings cover a wide variety of coaching-related subjects, with the primary aim of developing our skills and knowledge as coaches and related developmental areas. Our sessions are interactive and we openly encourage discussion in and around the various approaches to coaching.
The group takes pride in its broad and extensive approach to coaching and development and has become a platform for many specially chosen guest speakers and presenters to share their knowledge and areas of expertise, all allied to the core subject of coaching.
Why Join Us?
- To meet and interact with other like-minded people who share an interest in coaching
- To develop your coaching skills
