Led by Soph with silent disco headphones, this guided experience blends self-connection and liberation — a practice of dancing how you feel, feeling how you dance. At the peak of the Full Moon, we gather to celebrate, release, and boogie into freedom.

Evening Flow:

🎧 Silent Disco Adventure: 60 minutes of moving, grooving, and flowing together through nature — streets, foreshore, and Frankston pier 🌌
