How to Prepare & What to Bring:
Preparation Checklist:
- Abstain: Skip alcohol and recreational substances 24 hours before.
- Eat Light: Avoid food 1-2 hours prior to keep your focus sharp.
- Dress Comfortably: Opt for loose clothing for freedom in movement and breath.
- Stay Hydrated: Drinking plenty of water before and after aids in releasing toxins.
- Arrive Early: Give yourself 15-20 minutes to settle and center your mind.
- Trust the Process: Safely curated for deep transformation—what unfolds is just for you.
- Scent Sensitivity: We use sage and essential oils. Let us know about any sensitivities!
What to Bring:
A yoga mat, blanket, bolster, and a small pillow to support your comfort during the session. And anything else to support your comfort.
