About this Event
Dr. Bo Cicak is a chiropractor and fascia specialist at ANIMA Movement Center. He has developed this class for his members at ANIMA to help them find relief throughout the body, and learn the importance of fascia health.

In this class, Dr. Bo will teach you on how to Unleash Your Fascia and awaken your body's connective tissue network -- releasing deep tension, restoring mobility and helping your body's nervous system unwind from the effects of chronic stress.
