TAKE A PAWSE 🐾 (Kristin) — Take a Pawse is a non-profit wellness collective that brings together people, (primarily) rescue animals, therapists, and wellness professionals to create spaces of mutual healing, growth, and inspiration. It addresses two challenges at once: rising loneliness, stress, and emotional fatigue among humans, and the need for socialization, trust-building, and positive interactions with people for the animals. Kristin is the founder and general manager of Take a Pawse 🐾
DOGS as CO-FACILITATORS — raw, real, funny, and fully in the moment
🕒 THE FLOW (90–120 min):
- Arrive. Ground. Leash up.
- Quick intro: breath + dogs = presence & joy
- Walk mindfully through nature (about 45 min)
- Breath circle: box breathing, sighing, coherence
- Sharing, done.
