In this interactive workshop, facilitated by Professor Carol Jarvis and Dr Kay Galpin, we briefly introduce the concept of ‘unleadership’ – leaderly practices that involve people throughout the organisation taking timely, creative, informed action for the wider good – and the important role this may play, particularly when facing complex challenges. Undertaken in a spirit of compassion and friendship, we have identified four dimensions to unleadership: paying it forward; confident connecting and collaborating; catching the wave; and living with the unknown.
The workshop will focus on catching the wave and living with the unknown and what (un)leadership actions and practices might support making sustainable change in your organisation.
