- Arrive Early: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for parking, signing the physical waiver, and setting up your mat. To maintain a peaceful environment, no late entries will be permitted once the session begins.
- Double Waiver: By RSVPing "Yes," you agree to the online waiver. A physical signature is also required at the front desk upon arrival.
- Language: Instruction will be in Mandarin only.
