Longevity Games will debut its First Annual event at The University of Texas at Arlington on April 4, 2026, marking the university premiere of Longevity Games in the United States. Originating in Swindon, UK in 2024, the movement has grown into an international wellness initiative built around Blue Zone–inspired functional movement, community connection, and accessible fitness for all ages.
The inaugural UTA event will take place at Maverick Stadium, welcoming students, alumni, faculty, and the public to participate in a morning of approachable, station‑based activities modeled after everyday movements linked to healthy aging, mobility, and long‑term vitality. Participants may choose from three fitness levels — novice, intermediate, and proficient — ensuring an inclusive experience that meets people where they are. UTA Track & Field team volunteers will be on site to guide participants, offer encouragement, and help ensure a smooth, supportive experience for all fitness levels.
All registered participants will receive a Longevity Games athletic participant T‑shirt, along with gold, silver, or bronze medals corresponding to their selected fitness‑level track. Tickets are $49.99 and can be purchased at www.longevitygames.com. Parking is free for all attendees, and spectator admission is free, making it easy for friends, family, and community members to cheer on participants.
Registration donations will directly support the UTA Track & Field program, ensuring that every participant contributes to the success of Maverick student‑athletes. The First Annual Longevity Games at UTA aims to establish a lasting tradition that celebrates movement, community, and the pursuit of a longer, healthier life.
