University of Colorado Neuropathy Awareness Tour
Join us at the Donald Elliman Conference Center at the Anschutz Health Sciences Building on May 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM (MDT) for an informative event raising awareness of neuropathy in partnership with the Merkin Peripheral Neuropathy and Nerve Regeneration Center at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
We will be joined by Dr. Gregory Maassen, whose documentary '' has raised nationwide attention to the role of exercise in neuropathy and to neuropathy research. Dr. Maassen will discuss his journey with neuropathy and the making of the film. , Associate Professor and Director of the University of Colorado Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) Center of Excellence and , Professor and Director of the Merkin Peripheral Neuropathy and Nerve Regeneration Center at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, will highlight ongoing neuropathy research at the University of Colorado and Johns Hopkins University. The event will conclude with a Q&A discussion regarding neuropathy, the role of exercise, and future directions in expanding neuropathy research and awareness.
