The session will begin with a calming 10-minute breathing exercise, designed to center your mind and release tension. Following the breathwork, we will discuss the intention behind this workshop and guide you through a thoughtful exploration of essential oils.
With the help of prompts, you will be invited to select oils from a curated collection of organic and pure essential oils, chosen for their unique ability to evoke specific emotional and sensory responses.
