About this Event
United by Blood 🩸 This Black History Month, we wanted to spotlight the cultural and societal stigmas that disproportionately affect the menstrual and mental health outcomes for Black women and people of colour.
United by Blood will be an empowering evening featuring leading experts in women’s health. Creating a safe space for open conversation, education, and knowledge sharing.
The event will begin with a short film screening, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A, and end with networking and nibbles.
Our speakers for the panel discussion include:
🩸Dr Yansie Rolston
🩸Annabel Sowemimo
🩸Dr. Aziza Sesay
🩸Kasey Robinson
All of the money raised from this event will support Bloody Good Period’s work by raising funds to expand our reach through education programmes and period product provision to communities who are less likely to receive it.
If you would like to attend but cost is a barrier please email us at [email protected] with the subject line ‘United by Blood free tickets’.
