About this Event
Join us at the Center featuring the New Balance Run Hub on Thursday, January 9, at 6:00 p.m. to kick off your training for the United Airlines NYC Half. We will have a physical therapist, a registered dietitian, and, of course, the NYRR coaches to help guide you through your training so you are ready for race day. Whether this is your first time running the race, or you are a seasoned athlete, this chat will cover everything you need to train for the United Airlines NYC Half.
