Cozy up in our Bleecker Street classroom with this après-ski-inspired cheese class all about the Alps. It’s a guided tasting led by a Murray’s expert, who’ll take you on a transporting journey through the region’s top cheeses and wines, from Switzerland to France to Italy. We’ll dive deep into grape varietals, cheese history, pairing principles, and more one-of-a-kind knowledge. It’s a unique exploration of a unique cheesemaking region, through every taste, smell, and sip.

In-person classes take place in the classrooms located at our Bleecker Street store. Our classrooms are located upstairs and downstairs at our venue and are therefore not wheelchair accessible.
