This webinar will explore the issue of personal impact and the different ways we try to influence others. Clarifying the impact, we have on colleagues and customers is fundamental to be able to communicate and influence effectively.

What is personal impact – what is our personal brand
- Understanding the things that leave an impression on people we work with
The basics of influence
- The challenges facing us and what effective influencing looks like
- Clarifying the benefits of using a range of influencing techniques
- Identifying individuals with ‘Gravitas’ – what is it, how can we develop it.
Understanding the key people who we have to influence
- Stakeholder analysis
Communication Strategies
- Building rapport
- Discussing communication through the transaction analysis model
- Controlling behaviours and effective responses
Developing an action plan for the future

About the Speakers
Perrett and Brown Organisational Development is an organisation created and run by two experienced Learning and Development Practitioners- Hazel Perrett and Mike Brown.
Hazel and Mike each bring over 20 years of experience in the L&D field, working with a cross section of organisations in the private, public and third sectors. Both have proven track records working with clients in the development, design and delivery of robust solutions in both a personal but professional way. This personal approach has consistently met and exceeded the expectations of the organisations they have supported.
