UNIT UNSW is excited to announce the launch of a brand-new program to its members, the UNIT Investment Banking Development Program (IBDP). The ultimate aim of this program is to help students break into the investment banking industry and put themselves in the best position possible to secure a return/graduate offer. The program is structured across three terms:
1. Getting the job - Learn about the recruitment process and how to secure an internship offer, with insights from previously successful students
2. Keeping the job - Learn how to secure a return offer, with insights from industry representatives and previously successful student interns
3. Private Equity - Learn about the world of private equity, how to break into the industry, the opportunities available for students and network with industry representatives

Positions for this program are limited, and all UNIT members (including incoming 2024 subcommittee) will receive free access to the program.
Important Note: This program runs across the year, so you are signing up for a year-long program (not just the first session on the 25th of February). There will be 3 sessions per term, running for approximately 3 hours each.
