We’re so excited to invite you to a hands-on community workshop at Unique Plant Boutique with owner Jennifer Lopez, where we’ll be creating Kokedama planters—a beautiful, pot-less way to grow plants as living art.
Kokedama (meaning “moss ball” in Japanese) is an artistic plant-growing technique where plant roots are wrapped in nutrient-rich soil, encased in moss, and secured by hand. These living sculptures can hang or sit on small decorative surfaces, making them perfect for modern, space-conscious homes.
During this workshop, you’ll:
✨ Learn the basics of creating and caring for a Kokedama
✨ Create your own moss-ball planter from start to finish
✨ Choose from trailing plant propagations like pothos and philodendron
✨ Enjoy light refreshments while you create
✨ Shop decorative add-ons available for purchase in the boutique
