Unfiltered Unwind Yoga with Nichole Vesely

Join us for a yoga session that really hones in on your sacral chakra energy, covering the whole range from belly button to knees. We’ll be moving to the pulse of an unedited R&B playlist, so expect a vibe that’s bold, confident, and totally unfiltered. Think of it as a space to let loose and really let that energy flow.

Nichole is 200hr RYT certified yoga instructor who has been teaching since 2012. She is also certified in Yoga for All and Somatic Trauma Therapy.

This class will take place at The Body Lab Recovery Studio...just 3 doors down from the clinic. :)
