Michael, a former U.S. Navy Search and Rescue swimmer and seasoned instructor, brings invaluable lessons from the sea to the pool. He offers more than skill enhancement; he offers a journey to self-discovery, proving that when we face something as challenging as water, we're capable of much more on land than we ever imagined.

- Swim attire, towel, goggles(mandatory) , yoga mat
