About this Event
The conference on "Undervaluation and Statistical Data in EU Customs Law: Member States" brings together leading experts from academia, regulatory bodies, and customs authorities to explore critical issues in the field of customs undervaluation. The event will begin with a welcome address and introduction by Giangiacomo D’Angelo (University of Bologna), setting the stage for a series of focused presentations.

- Germany: An exploration of undervaluation and statistical data by Hans-Michael Wolffgang and Benedikt Wemmer (University of Münster).
- The Netherlands: An analysis of customs undervaluation and data methodology by Martijn Schippers and Walter De Wit (Erasmus University Rotterdam).
- Italy: A review of the Italian approach to undervaluation and statistical analysis by Giangiacomo D’Angelo and Federico Tarini (University of Bologna).
- Spain: A detailed look at undervaluation issues and data interpretation by Santiago Ibáñez Marsilla and Jorge J. Milla Ibáñez (University of Valencia).
