About this Event
As part of Grounded Coffee's Third Anniversary Memory Care Together, join us for an evening with Delinda Brown, Director of Outreach and Admissions at Center for Elders' Independence (CEI).
Delinda will introduce the PACE program — the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly — a comprehensive healthcare model designed to help seniors aged 55 and older live safely and independently in their communities. PACE covers medical care, home support, rehabilitation, transportation, dental, nutrition, and social activities, often at little or no cost for qualifying individuals.
Whether you're caring for an aging parent, supporting a neighbor, or just starting to think about what's ahead, this is an evening to get real answers from someone who helps families navigate these decisions every day.
The evening includes:
• A presentation on the PACE model — what it covers, who qualifies, and how to enroll
• Open Q&A with Delinda Brown
• Resource table with CEI materials and enrollment information
• Refreshments and light beverages provided by Grounded Coffee
