Unwind tension where we hold it most.Join us for a 90-minute Friday evening experience designed to release chronic neck tension, restore mobility, and calm the nervous system, perfectly timed before our Friday night Yoga Nidra class.
Class will begin with a 30-minute interactive lecture exploring the anatomy of the neck followed by a 60-minute experiential practice blending gentle, targeted yoga stretching, myofascial release techniques (using props and hands-on self-work) lymphatic drainage techniques to reduce stagnation and inflammation and acupressure points to support relaxation.
Whether you’re a student craving relief and rest or a yoga teacher deepening your understanding of the neck, this class offers both education and embodiment, a true reset for the neck, shoulders, and nervous system.

Yoga teachers may submit this workshop to Yoga Alliance for Continuing Education credits. Students currently enrolled in, or considering, teacher training will receive 0.5 credit toward their 200 or 300-hour certification
