Do you know the DyNAmics of your team and organisation?
As a leader, knowing and understanding what makes a high performing team can mean the difference between success and failure. In this session we’ll introduce you to 16 elements that, when in place and working effectively, help a team to succeed.
Many of the elements are recognisable from some ‘old school’ models and frameworks like the 5 dysfunctions of a team’, but we’ll bring them up to date to reflect leading teams practically in today’s world.
You’ll get the chance to reflect on the DNA of your team/business. You’ll explore elements that include planning, reflection, trust, team meetings, decision making, team vision, collaboration, and work environment – all the areas are commonly referenced in a variety of research as having a huge impact on team effectiveness.
For those that attended the ‘Leadership Brand & the Culture you Create’ session, you’ll also see how the elements align to each of the colour energies and styles!
