What is RSD?
Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) is an intense emotional response to perceived or actual rejection, criticism, or failure. It is commonly experienced by neurodivergent people, particularly those with ADHD, and can feel overwhelming, sudden, and deeply personal. Even small interactions can trigger strong feelings of shame, anxiety, or distress, which can impact relationships, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing.
Session Facilitator:
Delivered by Erica from Biscuits, Tea and Therapy, a counsellor who primarily works with ADHD and autistic clients. Her approach centres on affirming neurodivergent identities and supporting people to build understanding, self-acceptance, and confidence over time.
Erica has completed:
• ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) training
• Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist Intensive Training (ASDCS)
She also brings lived experience, offering both professional insight and genuine understanding.
Tea, coffee, light refreshments included.
