About this Event
This practical and supportive workshop is designed to help parents better understand ADHD and autism, and how these neurodivergent traits may show up at school and in everyday family life. Led by an experienced Psycologist, Pscychotherapist and CBT therapist Emma Crouch, these sessions will explore how neurodivergent brains work, common challenges children may face, and the strengths that often accompany ADHD and autism.
Parents will gain insight into behaviour, emotional regulation, communication, and sensory needs, along with practical strategies to support their child with greater confidence and compassion. The workshop also creates space for questions, reflection, and shared understanding, helping parents feel less alone on their journey.
Whether your child has a diagnosis, is awaiting assessment, or you’re simply seeking deeper understanding, this workshop offers valuable tools and perspective in a warm, non-judgemental environment.
Please note that this is a 2-part workshop, and you'll need to be able to make both dates to sign up.
