Elderberry syrup is one of the most esteemed traditional cold and flu remedies in herbal medicine and is known for its immune-stimulating and antiviral properties. In this class we will go over the basics of creating elderberry syrups by combining your choice of immune-enhancing, anti-viral, warming and calming herbs. We will also explore recipes to find a syrup that tastes great to you, targets specific issues, and can be used for adults, children, and people with dietary restrictions. You will leave with a sample of syrup from class so please bring your own small bottle (4 oz or less). The class is limited to 10 people so sign up early.
