Come join us at the Health Education Center (HEC) for an informative and supportive Diabetes Basics Workshop. Whether you are newly diagnosed, caring for a loved one, or simply want to learn more, this session is a great place to start.
Led by experienced health educators, this workshop will cover:

- How to monitor blood sugar levels
- Making healthy food choices

- Tips to prevent complications and manage symptoms
